These individuals often face significant challenges, including social stigma, difficulty finding employment, and psychological distress resulting from incarceration. To address these issues, the association offers comprehensive rehabilitation programs that include vocational training, mental health support, and employment assistance. Additionally, the association builds community support networks by collaborating with employers and civil society organizations, helping former inmates secure stable job opportunities.
