Awareness and rehabilitation are fundamental pillars of the association’s work, aiming to provide training programs and awareness campaigns targeting individuals undergoing rehabilitation and social and family reintegration. The association works closely with the Department of Correction and Rehabilitation Centers to offer educational and vocational programs both inside prisons and post-release, preparing inmates for life after incarceration.
These programs include workshops on essential life skills such as effective communication, time management, and problem-solving, as well as vocational training that equips inmates with new skills to enhance their employment prospects upon release. Additionally, the association organizes community awareness campaigns to promote social acceptance of former inmates, reduce discrimination and stigma, and facilitate their reintegration into their families and society in a healthy and sustainable manner.
